Hair:
100% Human Remi hair of European origin is used. Stylists are not required to order direct from Extend USA; they can go with any of their preferred hair suppliers.

Attachment:
Extend USA uses a resin-based applicator system where several different colors of extension hair are added strand by strand to the natural hair for a very natural look. The specially formulated resin-based glue is heated and applied to the extension hair. A silicone pad is then used to attach the extension hair with the resin-based glue on the tips directly to the natural hair.

The extensions can be applied on hair that is 2-in. long. The system will last up to 3 months before it needs to be removed. After removal, the hair is NOT re-useable.

Costs:
Average costs for a full head of extensions can range between $600-2000 and up. The quality of hair selected has a significant affect on the price, as quality hair is very expensive.

Who should not get Extend USA extensions; Anyone who is very active and does not spend a lot of time on their hair, anyone who perspires a lot or has a very oily scalp and anyone with very curly hair. Special consideration is made for alopecia clients and clients with thinning hair.

In some cases, hair extensions may not be recommended.
